A. You do. It is your job to request copies of your animal's medical records from you vet .
Q. HOW DO THESE RECORDS GET UPLOADED INTO MY PAGE?
A. There are a few ways of getting your animal's records up and available:

You can send them to us via mail and we do the scanning, uploading and setting up for you at no additional fee.

You can fax them to us and we do the scanning, uploading and set up at no additional fee.

You can e-mail us the scanned files for us to upload and set up at no additional fee.
Q. WILL MY FILES BE KEPT IN A SECURE & PRIVATE PLACE?
A. Absolutely, besides the administrator, only you and those to whom you give your login/password info will have access to the records.
Q. CAN MY VET OR I ACCESS MY ANIMAL'S RECORDS AT ANY TIME?
A. Yes! Anytime & any place with an internet connection.
Q. CAN MY RECORDS BE FAXED IF THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION?
A. Yes, if you contact us and request a fax of a specific record(s) we will fax it to the number you provide us at no additional fee.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as Paypal.
Q. DO YOU OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
A. Yes, however, there is a $15 per pet folio closing fee.
